A 12-Style Optical Launch in Acetate
A new optical label needed a launch collection with a distinctive front profile and a controlled cost base.
The challenge
The brand had strong art direction but no technical pack, and needed frames that could be reordered consistently.
Our solution
We translated the sketches into CAD, developed three prototype rounds and locked a golden sample per style.
Manufacturing approach
Sheet acetate milling with riveted metal cores, barrel and hand polish, laser interior marking.
Result
Twelve styles delivered across six colourways with a repeatable production reference.
