How We Handle Your Information.

When you submit an enquiry or quotation request we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the details of your requirement, including any files you attach.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited in order to keep the website working correctly.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, develop samples and manage production and delivery of your order.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your designs or technical documents with third parties outside the production of your programme.

Designs, sketches, samples and technical packs you share remain yours. Access is limited to the team members working on your programme, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any review.

Enquiry records and production files are retained for as long as needed to service your account and to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
